Our training program is aimed at developing a community of certified professionals, and providing organizations with the opportunity to ensure their staff are fully trained and proficient in the implementation of ICT products and the Protege software.

Types of Learning
Whether you prefer the flexibility of self-paced online learning, or the structure and interaction of an instructor-led course, there's an option to suit you.
Web-based / eLearning
We understand that with clients of your own to take care of, not everyone can afford to take time away from the job for traditional classroom training, or to train all technicians at once. Likewise, everybody is unique, with their own level of knowledge and learning style, and the pace of a classroom environment does not always suit everyone.
So for courses which are suited to self-paced learning, we've developed a range of very flexible eLearning options. One of the major benefits of self-paced eLearning is that you can fit it around your work schedule.
Instructor Led Training
Online training is not suitable for everyone or every course, and we appreciate that many of our customers prefer the interaction and feedback offered in a classroom or webinar environment. This is why, for many of our courses, we continue to offer instructor-led training sessions, enabling you to cover the course material in one concise course under the expert guidance of our knowledgeable trainers.
We understand that people learn best by doing, so with a greater focus on real world scenarios and practical application, our facilitated courses allow technicians to get their hands on the product and become confident in installing and maintaining ICT systems.
We run regular courses throughout the year, either in a classroom environment or via webinar. We can even bring our training course to your premises to save travel costs and downtime for your technicians.
Protege Training Kits
Protege training kits enable you to enhance your integration skills and participate in practical assessments with minimal physical hardware. An excellent sales tool, the kits can also be used to demonstrate the functionality of the system or used as a test bench by technicians.

Protege Field Technician
Designed for sub-contractors and technicians responsible for the installation of Protege hardware and working under the supervision of a Certified Protege Installer or Integrator, this course equips you with the necessary knowledge and skills to install Protege hardware and perform initial configuration.
Certified Protege WX Installer (Level 1)
The Protege WX Level 1 course is aimed at installers responsible for small to medium Protege WX installation projects. Covering everything from hardware, wiring and power through to system architecture and connections, you will learn how to install Protege WX systems to ensure successful physical installation of a Protege WX site.
Certified Protege WX Integrator (Level 2)
Aimed at integrators responsible for configuring medium to large Protege WX projects, this course guides you through how to plan and configure a Protege WX installation. A practical walkthrough explores everything from fundamental intrusion detection and access control programming through to advanced features and automation.
Certified Protege GX Installer (Level 1)
The Protege GX Level 1 course is aimed at installers responsible for small to medium Protege GX projects. Covering everything from hardware, wiring and system architecture through to fundamental system programming.
Certified Protege GX Integrator (Level 2)
Take your installer training to the next level. Aimed at integrators responsible for configuring medium to large Protege GX projects, this course has a focus on advanced system programming and custom configuration.
